Acquiring the Miw Miisv Mount (Star Jellyfish)
The mount often referred to as the "star jellyfish" in Final Fantasy XIV is officially the Miw Miisv. This distinct, luminescent creature is obtained through interactions with the Omicron Beast Tribe in Ultima Thule.
Method of Acquisition:
- Beast Tribe: Omicron
- Required Reputation: You must achieve the "Sworn" (Rank 8) reputation level with the Omicron tribe. This is accomplished by completing their daily quests.
- Vendor: N-0598
- Vendor Location: Ultima Thule (X: 27.7, Y: 24.7), at A-4 Research.
- Cost: 18 Omicron Omnitokens. These tokens are earned by completing Omicron daily quests and as rewards for increasing your reputation with them.
- Item: The vendor will sell the Miw Miisv Horn. Using this item from your inventory will add the Miw Miisv mount to your collection.
The Miw Miisv is a flying mount, capable of aerial traversal in zones where flight has been unlocked by the player.
